MESA HOUSE BED and BREAKFAST
PET POLICY

As part of our commitment to provide the highest level of service to our guests, Mesa House B&B welcomes pets staying with their owners.  Mesa House B&B does charge a $10 per night fee per animal (limit 2). This fee will be added to your account upon check-in.  

To insure a comfortable stay for all guests at Mesa House B&B, we have developed the following guidelines for pet etiquette:  

• Weight limit for a pet is 40 pounds. However, pets or dogs exceeding the weight limit may be accepted at our discretion.  
• Pet owners agree to keep their pet on a leash or in a cage while the pet is in any public or common place within Mesa House. 
• Pet owners agree to not leave their pet unattended at any time while the pet is in Mesa House.   A pet that becomes aggressive or disruptive to any guest or other person in Mesa House B&B must be immediately removed from the premises upon request.
• Pet Owners agree to have their pet kenneled during the night. Kennels can be rented if the owner doesn't have one with them.
• Pet owners accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) for personal injury or property damage that may result from the pet. 
• Pet owner agrees to make reimbursement for such damages on demand.
Pet owners agree to indemnity, hold harmless and defend Mesa House B&B, its owners, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to claim for personal injury or property damage cause by the pet.

Select Pet friendly rooms are thoroughly
cleaned and treated for potential allergens.
